I just got back from my Christmas trip. Would love to thank the hostess again. She is funny, cheerful and takes good care of our family. The breakfast special she makes herself every Sunday morning is delicious, especially the potatoes. We will come back if we have the chance.

Great condo, lovely balcony with a beautiful view. Place is kitted out really well and has ample parking. We were also kindly accommodated with a late checkout as we had a late flight back to the UK which really helped! Thanks again.

Muy buena ubicacion, cerca de supermercados y a minutos de Downtown Tampa Super trankilo y con parking gratuito con la unidad Depto muy espacioso y totalmente equipado, inclusive articulos de playa (sombrila, reposera y toallas de playa) Muy buen complejo con piscina y salida propia a la playa. La propietaria, muy amable, nos soluciono un inconveniente que tuvimos muy rapido! Muy recomendable

location was great the top floor was great to see the ocean but when u have bad knees lower level would had been better balcony was great had another building in front of u but u could see the ocean on the side to the beach walk through parking lot over bridge great pool was great no one else was there

Our stay was really great! The condo is very nice, comfortable, quiet, very well equipped (comfy beds, plenty of towels, well-equipped kitchen, accessories for the beach and even 2 new cruise bikes!) and in a great location. The beach is just across the street and some good restaurants/cafes/bars within walking distance. The pool was warm and clean, with a lot of sunbeds and chairs around it. We regularly travel to location of Indian Rocks/Indian Shores/Madeira Beach several times a year, so I can say that this accommodation was one of the best we have ever stayed in. We look forward to coming to F-204 again soon.

Great space with every facility we needed available. Outside space was welcoming and we were able to sit and watch dolphins playing around us. Lots of facilities very near, restaurants, beach, shopping. Nearby residents were really welcoming. We stayed for 10 days and were very comfortable the whole time. Any information we needed, the host was always contactable and helpful.

What a hidden treasure. Pool was clean they have beach wagon, 2 chairs and an umbrella for every room. 5 Weber charcoal grills available for use. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The porch was a welcome evening retreat.
