The apartment was great! The place is in a super central part of town, located on the European side but tucked away down a side street, so it's quiet. The apartment has everything you need for a short or long term stay. Also helpful and friendly staff on reception. Highly recommend!

Awesome apartment. Everything that you could want was there in the apartment ... washing machine, dryer soap, comfortable, beds, blankets, air conditioning, kitchen, plates, glasses, cutlery, bottled water.... your name it. There is a tiny sit-out area too.. The location is fantastic. Walkable from excellent restaurants and all the major sites. Cabs are easily available which you can flag down in a jiffy. The hosts can arrange for tours (we took the morning cruise, was okay) and transfers to and from the airport!

Everything was as described - so no bad surprises there. Staff was warm and welcoming. Best part though? The cutest dog Seina who is frequently up for some cuddles in front of the hotel - she was the best part of staying in the hotel.

The apartment is big and excellent and the staff are above all expectations: welcoming, friendly and professional. They offered transfer right after booking and before check out, were very helpful with all my questions. The street is very quiet and the blackout curtains cover the windows properly. The kitchen is fully equipped and there's even oil and salt if you decide to cook. The climate control works perfectly and the warm floor is very nice. I loved the bed and the linen. Will definitely stay again.
