The girl in the reception was very nice. She booked the ferry to Phi Phi Islands for us and she contact a taxi to pick us up in the morning. We were very pleased for that. Comfortable bungalow, there host had added an inflatable mattress per our request as well. In a close distance there is a 7-11 and a bit further - a larger supermarket with more options. The area is silent and the internal area is taken care of. Air conditioners and a kitchen were working well. Late Checkout option was possible for 100 baht per hour.
