The housekeeper was already there when we arrived and opened the gate. She could speak a little English and contacted the landlord immediately and arrived after a few minutes. It was a warm welcome and the start of a fantastic time. The place is absolutely perfect for a couple of people. We were 6 people and loved the big garden, the big rooms, the kitchen, the pools. The garden is green and lots of plants help to make you feel like you are in a little hidden paradise. The pools especially because they are big, clean and perfect for a late evening swim! We had so much fun and the barbecue was our favorite. Also, there is a restaurant about a 5 minute walk from the property and had excellent western and Thai food. The owner was very accommodating. Every request was met promptly and she always checked on us if we needed anything. She even gave us a little tour of the city and brought us fruit to take home. If you are a group of a few people then you will love this place as it has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. The beach is a 5 to 10 minute scooter ride away and is a great place to spend the day. The aquarium near the pier is well worth a visit and only costs 2 euros to enter. There are markets everywhere and the best thing was that we felt like locals. Not many tourists at all. In conclusion I can say that Ms. Arun and her team are kind-hearted people, working hard to ensure everything is in order and keeping the place beautiful, nice and clean! We will be back! Loved the condos the staff were amazing the building was beautiful and the location was perfect beach was quiet with a 7 eleven nearby & Street foods ill definitely be back 😀

I don't usually write a review, but now I really want to. It was Chinese New Year and the hotel I had planned was full. So I chose the first one I came across and didn’t regret it. Even though I'm by car, it's only 10 minutes to the sea. This is a homely and cozy hotel... The owner is very pleasant, even when I slammed the door he came back to open it for me. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. High-quality plumbing, mattress. Veranda where you can sit and relax. I was very amazed. Because I travel in this area often..but this is the best place in the area.

Great pool, large, clean and not freezing as it gets the sun all day. Very large balcony which had the sun all day. Really good location, lots of runners early evening on the blue track. Nice restaurants and 10 mins from Ban Phe to go to Samet for the day. Just a nice and relaxed place to be to unwind. Internet was good too.

It was a very restful stay. Great value. Able to rent a bicycle to get around. Short bike ride to Aquarium, parks & town centre. Owners on property & speak English. There's grab there, too.

The property feels like home and has everything I need , there is a laundry service available and the cleaners are really good and make the room clean and beautiful. I have stayed here many times and Khun Rainbow is very is very helpful and kind.
