highly recommend staying at Solar de Santos André! I was lucky to stay there 4 nights (3 in the studio and 1 in the appartment), it is really a beautifull place! The house is a museum in itself, you can feel that history took place in those rooms, the 'library' is incredible and the kitchen is a dream. Eduarda will give you lots of tips and advice on the island, and if you wish she will tell you the story of the house. You trully feel at home and in a cocoon within the city. The breakfasts are awsome (thank you Maria as well :) I'll be back for sure!!

support, help and care of the team - many thanks to Goncalo, Clara, Sandra and others; best location (city center, swimming beach a few steps away, you can immediately start jogging along the coast, cafes and shops nearby); beautiful views of the ocean and city; the house is very cozy, everything is there down to the smallest detail; comfortable temperature (we were there in winter) - not cold or damp; excellent big breakfast, beautifully served; cleanliness and quality of regular cleaning; This is your own separate house; there's a lot more. Daily cleaning and breakfast were included, there was a quick response to requests, we left luggage. We got used to the rocking on the waves pretty quickly

Location was excellent in relation to shops, restaurants and waterfront. The apartment was roomy with everything necessary to relax and enjoy our stay. Breakfast of our choice was served to our door every morning. Fabulous selections for breakfast. Staff was incredibly helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa do Pateo. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast with all it's choices and home made goodies was just wonderful. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We also really appreciated the central location and the wonderful renovated traditional house. Also the inner courtyard to relax with a drink was a nice add-on. If we ever go back to Ponta Delgada, we go straight back here!

The property was very easy to access from the main road around the island. Parking was available. A car is necessary but, in my opinion, a car is necessary on the island. The property had everything we needed. We were very lucky to have use of a washing machine!

The couple maintaining Casa Da Graca is super attentive, kind and helpful. Such a beautiful house, spacious and wonderful rooms and generous breakfasts in the mornings. I would stay here again!

The location is central, the space was large enough for all of us and fairly comfortable. The terrace is cozy. Overall, we had a good time there.
