Fabulous place, right on the sea front, 2 minutes walk from the train station. Antonio, the owner is a pure gentleman and could not be more helpful. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is spotlessly clean with fantastic facilities. I cannot say enough good things about my Casa.

The apartment in Espinho, Portugal was absolutely fabulous! The owners were extremely accommodating, allowing me to leave my bags in the apartment as it was raining intermittently at the time of my checkout. I was not leaving Porto until 12:30pm, so they let me use the apartment until that time after checkout at 11am to store my bags. There was some miscommunication at the beginning of my stay due to the language barrier as everything was done over text messages (I could only communicate through WhatsApp, the owners were trying to contact me through text message). Thankfully, a wonderful tenant of one of the units did speak Portuguese and was able to help me. I am forever grateful for the assistance of Naomi (from Angola) ♥️. I was ill for the next two days and requested a 2 day extension, which the owners graciously authorized. The beds! What can I say, THEY WERE FANTASTIC!! The location is equally wonderful as well. Within walking distance of everything in Espinho. I would most definitely stay here again!

I loved every minute of my stay in Botica Guesthouse. The room was very spacious and equipped with all necessary utensils. The bathroom was excellent - loved the shower. Tasteful interior design, AC, comfortable beds. Elisabetta is a lovely and helpful person.

I had the most incredible experience during my stay! The staff, especially Fernando, truly made our special day unforgettable. My wife and I chose the rented space for her wedding preparations, and Fernando's exceptional assistance took it to a whole new level. He didn't just go the extra mile – he went above and beyond. He was instrumental in helping photographers find the best spots for photos and offering his valuable opinions. What's more, he even opened up an extra room that is usually closed off, giving my wife and her makeup artist ample space to prepare. Fernando's dedication to ensuring every detail was perfect is something I can't thank him enough for. His assistance and warm demeanor made us feel like we had a true ally on our side. It wasn't just about the physical space; it was about his thoughtful gestures that made our experience so special. And speaking of the space, the rooms and the house were simply breathtaking. The ambiance was dreamy and added to the magic of the day. The location was spot on, allowing us to enjoy both convenience and a wonderful atmosphere. To top it all off, the breakfast was a delight – a perfect start to our memorable day. In short, our booking exceeded every expectation we had. Fernando is not just a host; he's a gem of a person who went out of his way to ensure our happiness. This experience will forever hold a special place in our hearts, and we have Fernando and the amazing amenities to thank for that.
