Not too much because Shenanigans treats it guests like a common criminal. They make you turn over your id until you check out. The check out is too early, 1100am. This is way too early for a swimming resort. When I booked it I know it said 300 php for 2 breakfasts. But the next morning they told us that breakfast was not included and charged us 300 php for a tiny breakfast that wasn't very tasty. The driveway had speed bumps that bottomed out a motorcycle 🏍 and car with the possibility of breaking them. You can bring drinks into the place. Too many rules that prevents you from having a good time. Again, the make you pay a retainer to get a ping pong ball. Couldnt find sticks or balls for billiard table.

A large and well appointed house sitting on a beautiful piece of property. Dogs and Kids welcome and guaranteed to have fun. This was our 2nd stay and we were very pleased with the experience. The 2 bedroom, air-conditioned house has a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room. It sits in the middle of a large grassy garden with a bridge that leads to a stretch of sandy private beach. The caretaker family lives nearby and are super friendly .

Our Stay was incredible. The hosts and all staff member are so nice, food is Delicious, cabans and the location are perfect for people willing to stay in a peaceful & seaview place. You will definitely feel like home and enjoying a Filipino way of Life. Even if you would like to discover the surroundings or Apo Island, Brian and Lea will sort it out for you. Everything was perfect. We highly recommand to stay at Grandview Cottages. Thanks again for everything.
