The owner and caretaker are very accommodating. Granted my request to have mineral water ready. Clean, quiet and spacious unit. Fast wifi, huge smart tv with netflix, complete kitchenwares and toiletries, hot shower is working fine, comfortable bed with thick blanket. Overall, the place is very homey. I had a great stay. 1人旅で利用。 スタッフさんは親切。特に頼んだ品を持って来てくれる青年の笑顔が良かった。 チェックインもチェックアウトも指定時間がなく、いつでも自分の都合に合わせられるすごいサービス。 そんな素晴らしいホテル滅多にない！ 部屋の形態はドミトリーだけど、四つあるベッドの部屋が1人で使える。 エアコンもよく効いている。 スリッパを持って行くとよい。 アメニティも全て持参するとよい。 ハンガーをたくさん借りる事が出来た。 長い机、ミニキッチン、棚があり、トイレシャワー別で 使いやすく快適でしかも格安。 立地もよく観光に便利。 また是非泊まりたいし、みんなに勧めたい。

This property is exceptional for its cleanliness and it really like home away from home. Easy access to the pool area the owner was really pleasantly accommodating and Bea the care taker is kind and very helpful to us. I will definitely comeback here on my next visit to the Philippines.

The location was good. The apartment was very clean. Shower had shampoo and body wash supplied. Close to St. Lukes for those that have medical appointments for Visas. Big Mall next door. A good place to stay.
