The house was newly renovated and just beautifully done. We had just about anything we could have wanted in the house, private parking, space for all four of us. Since we had four, we had both floors. The downstairs patio was nice, but the upstairs balcony was a dream! Perfect for sitting and enjoying the view. A shirt walk over the scenic marina bridge takes you right to the shops and restaurants. We wished we were staying more than two nights!

Very comfortable and convenient. We walked to a pub for dinner and were just minutes away from hiking trails and the ferry.

What an amazing location and the secure garage parking was fabulous. My husband has mobility issues and the level entry plus elevator to the 5th floor were perfect. Excellent food options within the block. highly reccommend both the Oxley and SISU. Took the Marlborough Tour Co, Wine and Food Cruise (literally across the street) and had a fantstic day with a small group. Bonus craft fair across the street on the green on Wednesday morning as we departed. The apartment was beautiful and well stocked. We were out a bit too much, so did not get to enjoy the fabulous deck and view to its fullest. Would definitely return.

호스트 분이 너무나 친절합니다. 집이 깔끔하고 예쁩니다. 그리고 넓습니다. 뷰가 너무 좋습니다. 각 침대마다 전기장판이 2개씩 배치되어있고 라디에이터도 있어 따뜻합니다. 침구류 수건 모두 깨끗하게 잘 준비되어 있습니다. 이보다 더 좋을 순 없다.

Ian was incredibly helpful, right from when we first booked and he suggested we could leave our car at the property while we crossed to Wellington for the weekend before returning to Anchor Down, to when he offered to waive the payment for our second night after we decided to cancel due to the cyclone, as we were moving on to Nelson. He also really helpful with tips for what to see on the rest of our trip.

We stayed unfortunately only 1 night in this apartment. It was one of the best we stayed in during our 6 week long trip. Everything we could think of was there. Very good location in the center. Good free WI-Fi. We had no communication with the owners except for the (automatic)message we received when booking. However everything turned out to work fine. The free parking in the yard was a bonus.
