주인장이 숙소 바로 옆의 개인주택에 거주하여 소통이 편하며 개인주택 4채를 지어서 노부부가 숙박업을 하는 듯 합니다. 독립적이라 편하고 현관키 비밀번호를 메세지로 받기 때문에 원하면 주인과 마주칠 일이 없습니다. 숙박시설은 영업용으로 지은 느낌이 있어 주방과 샤워실면적이 상대적으로 좁습니다. 삼성 세탁기가 욕실에 있고 방1은 더블침대, 방2는 싱글침대 2개이며 거실은 소파가 있고 넓은 편입니다 A와 B가 도로쪽에 있고 B의 뒤편이 D입니다 주차는 바로 옆에 댈 수 있는 B와 D가 좋은 듯 합니다. 근처의 집들이 부촌 티가 나는 분위기이고 차도 별로 다니지 않아 아주 조용합니다. 실내 청소는 깔끔한 편이고 수건 등도 풍부하게 제공합니다.

Beautiful secluded beach view location with easy access to hokitika and greymouth. Great meals served on site. Elizabeth and Selwyn are gracious hosts.

The surroundings were really beautiful and the location was perfect. Not too far out of town so still close to the shops, but not to close to town so it's still nice and peaceful. Susan, Den and Boz (the hosts dog) were great hosts. Especially Boz, he's extremely friendly and loves to play. Susan and Den are down to earth and make you feel really welcome. The room was clean, and the bed was super comfortable, and having breakfast provided was a huge bonus. Would recommend paying them a visit if you're ever in Hokitika.
