Our hosts were very polite. The room was clean. We had prepared towels and there was also water, cola and pringles available for us. There was fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee machine only to our use (tea, coffee capsules and sugar included). The nearest tram station is about 15 minutes walk and you are in the center in about 20 minutes. Overall it was very nice stay in a calm part of Amsterdam with a good availability by public transport.

The property is very sophisticated and was perfect for our 4 nights stay. Joni and Daan are always available and ready to help. The studio is located in a calm and wonderful neighbourhood (a walk in the nearby narrow streets by the church opposite the studio is highly recommended), and is well connected to the main parts of Amsterdam city. The apartment is well equipped with basic amenities and we had various other requests that were not part of the deal, but Joni and Daan went out of their way to get it done so we have a smooth stay there. Highly recommend this place!

The bridge house is architecturally unique, it’s spacious for two people and it’s a great spot to spend a week in Amsterdam. The location (Ijburg) can seem a bit remote at first, but it’s actually nicely calm, and a short tram ride from the centre of Amsterdam.

It was really a pleasure for us to get back to Villa Yburg every day after our visits in the touristic, busy downtown. Our bed was huge and comfortable, our bathroom was dreamlike (and also huge), we simply loved the place - and also the warm welcome by Floris. The place has a fantastic location, quiet and relaxed, close to nature, but with very good public transport to the city center (by tram). We also discovered that there is a direct bus connection (66) to the Johan Cruyff ArenA which we appreciated as we visited a concert there.

The apartment was well equipped and very nicely decorated. Right on the canal with a lovely view. Nice outdoor area, although it was a little cool and rainy for us to enjoy. We found the location very good -- the tram stop was not even five minutes away and the tram, which runs frequently, took us right to the Central Station. It was a real bonus to have a parking spot at the house. Amenities are within walking distance and we loved the farmer's market Saturday morning. Dianne was warm, friendly and very helpful

Everything. Room, restaurant, best latte macchiato! Location near to center with 1 metro. Toilets were clean. Showers had always hot water.
