When I arrived I asked if I could stay for two nights instead of one and decided to change to stay in one of their other properties - a two bedroom house. The hosts were incredibly helpful and welcoming and I was made feel at home right away. The house was spotlessly clean, the kitchen equipped with everything I might need and they even brought extra coffee and washing powder so I could do my laundry. Nothing was too much trouble. I slept extremely well despite being on a busy main road - the windows kept out all the noise.

The hostess was great, it was very easy to communicate with and we felt very welcome. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and has a great terrace overlooking the gulf. Beaches suitable for small children nearby.

This is the perfect location if you want to explore the Bay of Kotor but you would like to stay away from traffic jams, crowd and noise. You will get an entire house with two stairs, where you can find nearly everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The host is friendly and the communication in English is easy with him. The house is exactly what you can see on the pictures: all the furnitures and equipments are from the "upper shelf". The AC devices work well, the kitchen is large enough for an average family. All the rooms are clean and well-equipped, WIFI signal is strong enough on both stairs. Although it is located right on the side of the main road, the noise is minimal inside - thanks to the high quality windows and door. And unofficial and small beach is about 50 meters from the entrance and covered with medium sized gravel. The sea deepens quickly here, so pay attention to the kids. An official beach is about a few hundred meters away from here, it is more family-friendly. Free parking is available at the territory of the neighbour property, the host will show its exact location. The ferry port is located within a few minutes of walking, for pedestrians it is free, so you can go to the other side of the sea within a 10 minutes and have a good lunch or dinner. Small grocery (Idea) and bakery are located within a few minutes (nearly in front of the ferry port), however their offer is not as good as expected. Taking into consideration the price, this accommodation is a real bargain: in 2023 it was hard to find such a great place with great interior for this amount of money, so were are already thinking about to spend our holiday here again in 2024.

This villa is a gem. It's a small one but neatly furnished and placed in a magnificent location. From the balcony there was an incredible view of Kotor bay, the area of ferry crossing. It was pleasant to stay there every part of the day, however we enjoyed breakfast and a glass of wine before night. The host is very friendly and speaks good English. He was helpful passing some good recommendations about restaurants and excursions with boat. The location is placed on a terrain quite high from sea level, which ensures good view but also quietness. On the side of the road near the villa we found some delicious figs ...

Best possible location to enjoy Boka bay. Two most beautiful beach restaurants just a few minutes of walking. Very calm area near to ferry. Ideal choice to experience Montenegro and Boka Kotorska! Host was wonderful, very clean apartment with all you may need.
