Location of the hotel is very quiet and peaceful. all the shared spaces are well maintained by owners.this is a place for people who love peace.quiet and privacy. It's near to famous surfer spot call wishky point.it is a good opportunity to stay for the surfers.night view of the hotel is very beautiful and colorful.it is very good place to stay

"I had the pleasure of staying at 20 House Villa during my recent trip to Arugam Bay and I must say, it was an absolute delight. The villa's proximity to the beautiful beaches of Arugam Bay made it the perfect place for a beach vacation. The surrounding area near the Muhudu Maha Viharaya was a bonus as it provided a peaceful and calming atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the town. However, what really stood out during my stay was the excellent customer service provided by the owner of the 20 House Villa. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The owner went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and memorable stay. The villa itself was tastefully designed, spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities. I particularly loved the outdoor space, which was perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning surroundings. Overall, my experience at 20 House Villa was exceptional and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect beach vacation with excellent customer service. Iqbal and his staff were very lovely and supportive regarding everything we wanted to do. He organized a lagoon safari and bikes for rent to very reasonable prices and gave us best advice what we could explore in the surrounding area. We ate delicious rice and curries and had some wonderful fresh juices. The location was perfect- right at the beginning of Arugam Bay, calm during the night and very close to the beach. It was a pleasure to stay with you!

Nisha and her brother are amazing people and received us very well. We chatted for hours and she shared with us her nightmare during the 2004 tsunami, a true warrior; Location is excellent, only 3min walking from the beach and also near some restaurants; The hammock in front of the room brings a special charm, the only place we found with this in Sri Lanka; Wifi worked perfectly; Nisha cooks very well and each day we had a different type of breakfast. The sri lankan style one was the best for me; In summary this was one of our favorite places during the trip
