I really enjoyed my stay at Ocean Bliss! The room was nice and clean. Would recommend to everyone to go here. Harsha and his family are amazing and very helpful. And… next to the beach!! 30 seconds walk and you’re at the beach ready to surf, chill or swim! So happy that I have stayed there.

It was nice play to stay night before moving to Arugama Bay. The owner of the house is a very friendly and nice lady. The room was nice, you can sleep, and you have fan there (just no window)

"I had the pleasure of staying at 20 House Villa during my recent trip to Arugam Bay and I must say, it was an absolute delight. The villa's proximity to the beautiful beaches of Arugam Bay made it the perfect place for a beach vacation. The surrounding area near the Muhudu Maha Viharaya was a bonus as it provided a peaceful and calming atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the town. However, what really stood out during my stay was the excellent customer service provided by the owner of the 20 House Villa. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The owner went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and memorable stay. The villa itself was tastefully designed, spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities. I particularly loved the outdoor space, which was perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning surroundings. Overall, my experience at 20 House Villa was exceptional and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect beach vacation with excellent customer service. I cannot wait to return to this hidden gem in Arugam Bay!"

We received a very warm welcome, with lots of smiles and a pineapple juice 😀 this guesthouse is run by Iqbal and his lovely staff and he took care of us from the first to the last minute. The location is amazing, quiet and right at the beach, and walking distance to the rather noisy and ore crowed center of the village, which was just perfect for us. We asked for a room with air-conditioning and the aircon worked perfectly and cooled down the room very quickly. The bed is big and comfortable, the room equipped with everything necessary to feel comfortable and have some space to unpack the bags. The non aircon rooms have each a cute front terrace equipped with a table and a sitting area. The breakfast varies daily, at least during our stay, and is cooked and prepared with much love by the most lovely assistant lady who gives an extra warm touch to this place. We fell in love especially with the guesthouse staff and owner, their friends and family as the are all warm-hearted and welcoming people, that help and care and share at all times. If you want an authentic and welcoming place, this could be your home in Arugam Beach. We also, during season, recommend asking if the have wood apple juice, which is one if the best juices we ever had. We left wishing to stay there once again in the future and submerge again into this very lovely space the created just right at the beach. We had great conversations and left warm hearted, missing them already! Go for it, you won't be disappointed!!!! If there were more IQBALs in this world, the world would be a better place. This is a good place for a couple to stay. It was clean and cozy. The staff there is very friendly. Breakfast every morning was different and very tasty. The hotel is located very close to the beach, but if you want to surf, you need to get to the main point, which is a 10minute drive from there.

Absolutely loved staying here! The guys who run this place are a whole new level of friendly and helpful. I kept extending my stay because I just couldn’t leave. The mattress gave me the most comfortable sleep I’ve ever had in my life. The location is brilliant- a few mins walk or a quick cycle to the busy bars/restaurants but it’s a good thing as it’s quiet at any given time yet all is accessible. As a sole female traveller I felt 100% safe and taken care of. Would recommend to anyone!
