Location is prime, 1 minute walk to baby point, 7 minute walk on the beach to main point. 20 minutes toktok ride to up and down loctions such as puttovill point and pinuat farm. Advisable to take the AC room, you can manage the fan rooms but its much better to take the AC room. We asked to switch at half stay time from fan to AC room. The Manager and family were very nice , they took care of all our needs begining from colmobo pickup and return and ending with local surf points. I would definitely reccomend the spot.

"I had the pleasure of staying at 20 House Villa during my recent trip to Arugam Bay and I must say, it was an absolute delight. The villa's proximity to the beautiful beaches of Arugam Bay made it the perfect place for a beach vacation. The surrounding area near the Muhudu Maha Viharaya was a bonus as it provided a peaceful and calming atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the town. However, what really stood out during my stay was the excellent customer service provided by the owner of the 20 House Villa. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The owner went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and memorable stay. The villa itself was tastefully designed, spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities. I particularly loved the outdoor space, which was perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning surroundings. Overall, my experience at 20 House Villa was exceptional and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect beach vacation with excellent customer service.
