The place is in the perfect location, especially if you want to surf at main/baby point. The property is 2 min away from the beach and there are lots of great restaurants around. The rooms have king sized beds, mosquito nets, space to store your clothes, AC and a big bathroom. Also, there is a communal fully equipped kitchen with. The best part of the property for myself is the owner and his family and friends. They are incredibly helpful with organising the perfect stay for you and always have a smile on their face. Harsha’s mom even cooked rice & curry for us (best one I had during my 5 weeks in Sri Lanka!!). Thanks Harsha for an unforgettable time in A’Bay.

Location of the hotel is very quiet and peaceful. all the shared spaces are well maintained by owners.this is a place for people who love peace.quiet and privacy. It's near to famous surfer spot call wishky point.it is a good opportunity to stay for the surfers.night view of the hotel is very beautiful and colorful.it is very good place to stay

"I had the pleasure of staying at 20 House Villa during my recent trip to Arugam Bay and I must say, it was an absolute delight. The villa's proximity to the beautiful beaches of Arugam Bay made it the perfect place for a beach vacation. The surrounding area near the Muhudu Maha Viharaya was a bonus as it provided a peaceful and calming atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the town. However, what really stood out during my stay was the excellent customer service provided by the owner of the 20 House Villa. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The owner went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and memorable stay. The villa itself was tastefully designed, spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities. I particularly loved the outdoor space, which was perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning surroundings. Overall, my experience at 20 House Villa was exceptional and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect beach vacation with excellent customer service. Wish I could have stayed longer! Dean and his team had been fantastic hosts in Arugam Bay. The hotel is a short walk to the beach and nothing could really beat that! Its also a short walk to the restaurants (appreciate this as there isn’t much noise as compared to the centre, most especially on the weekends). It had all the conveniences I needed. The room had perfectly functioning AC, the water pressure was great, and the team had went out of their way to assist with surfing guides, tuktuk and onward transports. The place felt very secure as someone was always there on property. Overall, 10/10 recommend for value, comfort and staff! Would stay here again next time.

The owner made this stay unforgettable! We were welcomed with a Pineapple Lassie, they did our laundry, there’s free water and they made us a very very delicious rotti pizza! The rooms were the best on our Sri Lanka trip and really worth the price. We would love to come again and recommend it to everyone!

Absolutely loved staying here! The guys who run this place are a whole new level of friendly and helpful. I kept extending my stay because I just couldn’t leave. The mattress gave me the most comfortable sleep I’ve ever had in my life. The location is brilliant- a few mins walk or a quick cycle to the busy bars/restaurants but it’s a good thing as it’s quiet at any given time yet all is accessible. As a sole female traveller I felt 100% safe and taken care of. Would recommend to anyone!
