The homestay is located in a calm area with the beach in walking distance. It is a perfect spot to relax and the host family made me feel like home immediately! They are incredibly kind and carry a really warm energy with them. Moreover the food was super delicious and the room spacious and clean. All in all I can only recommend a stay in sweet pea😊

When I saw the reviews I was curious because they were just too good. We still tried it for 3 nights and it was even better than we expected and even better than the reviews. It was one of the most wonderful places we have ever been. The room was amazing and had a wonderful big size. The food was delicious!! And I don’t even want to start at the lovely personal there. The home-cooked Sri-Lankan food was delicious. The owners and family who work there are very friendly and caring. The beach is empty, besides the fishermen on the beach. This is the place for you if you want a relaxing, quiet, and real Sri-Lankan experience. We will be returning!

This hotel is situated in a secluded area. There are no more hotels around and it's just a few minutes walk to the beach. The beach near this hotel is very beautiful and there's nobody there so you can feel like on an uninhabited island. The hotel and it's area is very pretty and clean. Everything is clean and comfortable. The staff is also very helpful. This hotel is for you if you just want to spend a night away from everyone and in the quiet.

Everything was perfect. When my wife made the booking, I didn't expect many facilities. I only agreed to stay only one night at Villa 45 because our main day was planned for the next day. After staying at Villa 45 I was so happy since it was worth it in every aspect. The caretaker of the property Mr. Raj was really helpful, and also the owner Mr. Nipun took care of everything we need. When I ask him to book a river safari boat he quickly arranged it for an affordable price. I must mention the 'Maadu' river safari was amazing. My overall experience was really awesome and I highly recommend Villa 45.

It was at an exceptional location. The chef, Chaminda is a gem. We just loved the food, specially their local Sri Lankan delicacies. The rooms are spacious with all the usual amenities, the decor is minimalistic but tasteful and the staff is very cooperative. Absolutely recommend this place!
