I had a beautiful room with an outdoor shower which I loved. The garden is a real oasis with interesting wildlife to spot and it was really relaxing to spend some time by the pool before walking down to the beach. The garden here is really special and the architecture of the building is beautiful. The staff were super attentive.

As we arrived there the family welcomed us warmly and we had a great chat over a cup of tea. The following days we were surprised by small breakfasts from the hostess, we cooked dinner together and had more great chats. We felt right at home. We find this place very special and are sad to leave already. Everyday we were very happy to wake and be greeted by the family and their two cats. If you want a special feeling of a home then come here and meet this beautiful family. Ps: keep in mind, that the both owners also work as a teacher and a guide, so they cannot always prepare breakfast, but when they’re at home, they give you all they have.

I had a great stay at CAW Dream Villa. The room was clean, modern and spacious with a large and comfortable bed. The bathroom is spacious as well with a new and super clean equipment, with hot water. The big plus is that there was a washing machine which you can use. I loved the location, it's not very far from the beach and restaurants but still at a distance from the main busy road which is nice because it's not so noisy. I worked remotely during my stay, wi-fi was good and stable all the time. The staff was kind and friendly, helped me organizing anything I needed. Breakfasts are big and yummy! It was one of my best stays during my entire holiday in Sri Lanka.

Lotus is such a beautiful place to stay as a solo traveller in Sri Lanka. Best family vibes, owners are so kind and Liam is an amazing surf coach. Great quiet location away from the train line, but still close walking distance to lots of surf breaks. The team is always willing to help with any planning or ideas, and they make you feel so safe (which is not always the case in Sri Lanka). I had some booking date changes and they were so accomodating in helping me with this, highly recommend for someone looking for a real Sri Lankan experience with cosy amenities.

Had a great time! The stuff helped with every request and question. The room is wide and clean with AC, fridge, and hot water shower. The pool was great with perfect temperature. We recommend to stay there and we will be more than happy to visit again.
