Andrea is a very nice, very helpful and very polite guy. He changed the bed type from double to twin beds for us at last minute. He waited for us at the building entrance to check us in. The apartment is very new, clean, comfortable and has everything we need in the kitchen and bedroom for 1 night stay. The building has small elevator. The area is very safe and quiet even at night. Many shops, restaurants, supermarkets nearby. Short walk to Santa Magherita town center and beach. I am very happy with my stay and highly recommended this place.

The apartment is big and I really liked the rainshower and the balcony. What I liked the most was the really nice host Daniele who helped me a lot when I was stranded in a neighboring town when the trains stopped riding.

Fred is one of the best hosts I've ever metю Extremely dedicated person that made the stay perfectly comfortable: 1. Perfect communication with guests; amazing hospitality: e.g. from the start I had a large number of welcoming local Genoese dishes to taste; a bottle of Rose wine etc. 2. Full support during the stay including best recommendations regarding sightseeing, where to dine, to swim etc. etc. 3. Amenities at the apartment are beyond expectations; 4. The last but not least, wishing Fred all the best in developing his business or as he calls it, Historia Vitiello ! If I happen to come to Santa Margherita Ligure one day, I’m sure to stay at Fred’s 😊

I have never stayed in an a place as clean as Villa 1900. everything shines in there! just 5 minutes of walking to the port. the receptioniest guy, Dante, stayed 1 hour more and waited for us to arrive, since we arrived late, he sent me clear and pictured instructions of how to get into our room. next they he stepped forward and greeted us in the court yard and gave us some tips about our stay in the area.

Truly a SUNNY house! My apartment faced east, and every morning the sun came up over the water, filling the rooms with light. Lots of windows to let in the sea breezes, modern and updated, and a very convenient location. I also got to see another apartment in the building, and it was equally nice: newly renovated with lots of light, and spacious as well. Location is great -- just a few minutes walk to the beach area, about 10 minutes to the train station, and with a ton of restaurants and stores nearby. There's a grocery store right down the street if you want to get a few basic items or decide to cook some meals. Nicely appointed kitchen with new appliances, well-designed bathroom, and a large bedroom with a good-sized closet. The BEST part though was Rita, who was incredibly warm, helpful and friendly, and even had a delicious focaccia and a beer waiting for me on arrival! Rita responded to any questions or needs almost instantly, and was very generous with her recommendations for restaurants and with SML info. She lives in the building and obviously cares about making sure her guests have a good visit in her beautiful city. Catching a bus to Portofino or a train to Cinque Terre was easy, and the SML restaurants and nightlife made for a really enjoyable time there. Can't wait to return and will definitely be staying at Sunnyhouse again!

Abbiamo trascorso tre notti a Santa Margherita ligure. Appartamento dotato di ogni confort, tranquillo anche se In pieno centro. Le camere spaziose con letti grandi e comodi. Essendo una famiglia di 5 persone, siamo stati più che bene. Con posteggio privato davanti casa. Abbiamo trovato una focaccia ligure come benvenuto. Acqua in frigo, macchina del caffè con cialde. La Signora gentilissima e disponibile per nostre richieste ed esigenze.

Beautiful property with amazing view to the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped, the room is spacious, and the bed big and comfortable. The beach and center are only a few minutes walk, the train station 15' walk. The neighbourhood is quite.
