Very clean well serviced apartment with very good facilities. Location is excellent close to beach,entertainment,shops and restaurants. Parking on site is really convenient and key code entry works really well and saves worrying about having a key with you. I would recommend these apartments and will stay again.

Gorgeous place, lots of nice finishing touches and decor. Hot tub was fab and having the pool to yourself for your dedicated time was great. Really relaxing and planning to go back. Breakfast was also really nice and good value for money, also everywhere was clean and presentable.

I liked the overall service of the guest house and the breakfast was spot on. Martin who co-ran the place with his wife was extremely helpful and willing to please his guests and make them feel as comfortable as possible. My room ticked all the boxes comfort wise and very clean. Good value for money for my 5 nights staying there.

The location was perfect. A dog friendly hotel which has its own private gardens, perfect for a quick walk with the dog before bed. Free onsite parking which is hard to come by in Great Yarmouth Clean rooms and nice decor throughout the hotel. Fantastic breakfast and super friendly owners who made us feel so welcome. Larry and Linda went above and beyond in making our stay as enjoyable as possible and we really enjoyed them taking the time to sit and have a chat and a drink with us in the hotel bar after a long day working. We are already looking forward to our next trip to Great Yarmouth and we will definitely be booking St Anne's hotel for our next visit.

This was our second visit to the property and like the first very impressed! Great selection of breakfast and accomdadting to our needs I’m gutted it is fully booked for the week we wanted in the summer holidays as we will not go anywhere else

The room was great even though it was for a single person. The breakfast was superb and the staff friendly and caring. The hotel was in a good position for the town with its own parking facilities.
