It is a super cute little house in a nice area of San José, and close to beaches. The owner was super helpful and friendly. He took time to explain things about the property and give us information about the area as well. It felt like we were living an authentic San José experience. The kitchen was well equipped, and we were happy to be able to do some laundry while there, even though we ended up hanging it to dry in the living room because there was a chance of rain! lol The town is small, and easily walkable from the property to explore many restaurants and shops. There is also a solid grocery store within walking distance.

Located in the Cabo de Gata Nature Reserve, Las Olas is just 200 metres from the beach in San José de Níjar. It offers air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi and a balcony or terrace.

Everything was good! We had the studio facing the town/beach and it was perfect. It is not in the centre but at 5 mins walking. Be aware that there are stairs to reach the flat entrance, but nothing impossible.

Located in the town of San José, in the middle of the Cabo de Gata Nature Reserve, the Brisamar guest house is just 10 minutes’ walk from the beach and port.

Parking was good, no any questions. Soundproofing is excellent - probably because of the room structure. Close to the beach, restaurants etc.
