I write with mixed feelings because after I recommend the place it will be more difficult for me to get it, because everyone will want it. First of all I must mention Mark's dedicated, considerate and helpful care. All my requests were immediately answered and even when there was a problem getting the deposit back he personally arranged It . Regarding the apartment. It had everything a family needs. It was clean and well-equipped. The air conditioning was very good. Although one room only had a fan, but we didn't need it. The location is very nice, 15 minute walk to the beach and a short walk to the toan center with all sorts of restaurants and cafes . The apartment is big and comfortable, it has air conditioning, washer/dryer and hot water of course. When we arrived it was very clean, spotless. With very buce smell all over the place. Highly recommended
