The apartment is located in a beautiful location, near pedestrian and shopping district in Protaras. Nonetheless, it is in a peaceful bay, where one can enjoy swimming free from hustle and bustle. The apartment is well equiped. (netflix, hi-speed wifi etc) The furniture is new and the rooms are clean. The hosts are especially forthcoming and kind people, eager to assist in any way. Every request we had was answered promptly and professionally. Finnaly, the view of Mediterranean Sea is stunning.. We warmly recommend this place.

Everything was great! Upon arrival, he was greeted by the mayor. Rooms - perfectly clean, comfortable beds, perfectly equipped kitchen. Parking for a car. Nearby is a shopping center, as well as excellent cafes and restaurants. Amazing beaches are within reach..

Great apartment! Clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Wonderful pool and cozy outdoor area. Our host was very friendly and helpful. The house is only 5 minutes walk to the first two beautiful beaches, and if you want more, you can just walk along a path along the water on to the next ones (and enjoy the beautiful view along the way). We had rented a car, which is an advantage. The area is still upcoming and we enjoyed the quietness. A perfect match for our family. By car you can quickly drive to the more famous towns such as Protaras (15 min), but we actually liked the small beaches at Paralimni better than, for example, the famous Fig Tree Bay. We highly recommend Fotini Villas and will definitely like to rent the house again if we come back to Cyprus.

Property was very clean, Maria our host was exceptional, she was attentive, supportive but not intrusive. The villa is a good size but more suited to a maximum of 12 adults 16 would be difficult.
