Apartment newly renovated, 2 x comfy double beds, bathroom, kitchen very clean, extra towels, kitchen utensils, TV, WIFI, A/C, everything you need to make a meal, contactless with management, after you book, you get text message with access code for main entrance, the same code is used for your room ( apartment). Proximity of amnesties, located in the heart of Rouyn Noranda. Parking is off site but, it's normal for a hotel located in downtown, better than using a paid parking.

I loved everything about this studio unit. It had everything one needs for a a single or extended stay. The unit was really comfortable and located in a wonderful part of the city, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The studio was well designed and clean, an amazing stay.

We loved being so close to the downtown center and the restaurants. Our hosts were super friendly and helpful!! For a basement apartment it was actually quite bright! Although the outside of the building is nothing to write home about, don't let this deter you. The inside is clean and comfortable! FYI: Access to the building is via an alley in the back. I was a little concerned about this at first, but we encountered no issues and I felt very safe in the apartment.
