Good evening! I’ve stayed in Royal Regency twice, in winter and spring. I want to say that I am very satisfied with my stay in this hotel. 1. Firstly, a great location in the Marina - you can get to everything very quickly. Within walking distance there is a small grocery store, as well as Marina Mall. Moreover, very close to the hotel there is a bridge that leads you to the other side of the Marina, from where you can walk to the beach in 15 minutes. There are also many different shops, restaurants and other entertainment closely to the hotel. 2. Secondly, I would like to note the convenience of the rooms. The room has everything you need, especially the kitchen - there are all cutlery, plates, a kettle, a microwave. 3. Thirdly, it is impossible not to mention the cleanliness of the room, cleaning takes place every day, everything is clean and pleasant. 4. Very nice hotel staff, thank you very much! 5. The hotel also has a swimming pool on the third floor. It is very pleasant to sunbathe there. 6. I also want to say that the hotel will be comfortable to stay with children - firstly, the convenience of rooms with a kitchen and large space, and secondly, the convenience of the location In conclusion, I would like to say that I can definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Dubai - you will definitely like it!

This is a new, luxury hotel at an affordable price. Rooms are meticulously clean with comfortable beds and pillows. The shower was roomy and relaxing with lovely soaps, shampoos and lotions. We enjoyed the kitchenette with large fridge. Pool was lukewarm and so inviting so we relaxed there most mornings. Breakfast buffet was huge with an omelet and pancake station plus various international hot items. There’s a small grocery store just across the street for snacks and other items. It’s a location with not much else around but I liked being away from the chaos in the evenings, plus it’s a quick, easy taxi ride to the beach and other activities. The tram is right outside the hotel.

Breakfast was Superb and the staff was so courteous and supportive. Location wise it was awesome with plenty of space to fit in the guests. They have indoor and outdoor sitting area which was amazing. Moreover, Premium two bedroom suite was so comfy with super soft bed and linen. All purpose store at one minute walking distance but you can say part of the facility.

I was absolutely blown away by Cheval Maison; great location, stylish apartments equipped with everything you need, very clean you would think you're the first to stay in it. The staff are absolutely wonderful; from receptionists, security, luggage assistants, even the staff at the Cafe/Restaurant were very personable and pleasant. The gym is absolutely magnificent with all the essentials available and even some machines that you wouldn't normally see in hotels. Finally I would like to shout out Mr. Atif who was the person checking me in. He was very friendly and welcoming and even upgraded my apartment. Overall, I am really happy that I made a last minute decision to book this hotel because honestly this is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at.

Location - walking distance to the Marina and Mall. Facilities - really clean. Lovely big apartment with plenty of space for the 3 of us. Swimming pool was fantastic. Amazing stay. We were really happy with the whole trip and would highly recommend.

Our recent stay at this property on the Palm Jumeirah was truly exceptional. As a family who frequently travels, including staycations within the UAE, we've experienced various accommodations, but this apartment stands out in a league of its own. From the moment we stepped inside, we felt the serenity and sophistication. It is meticulously styled with a level of thoughtfulness that's truly commendable. Mood lights in every room and even bathrooms were a nice touch. It's well equipped for a family of four. The apartment's amenities are indeed a significant plus. Parking was conveniently accessible, and thanks to the helpful video guide provided by our host, Osama, we easily found our way from the main road to the apartment. Regarding the location around the Palm, there's little need for elaboration. The beach is just a stone's throw away from this place, with a plethora of nearby restaurants for enjoyable evening dining. Additionally, there are a few eateries/ groceries within the apartment building. The apartment itself deserves every bit of its 5-star rating, and its location is truly outstanding. This stay on the Palm Jumeirah has left us with cherished memories, and we will surely return.
