Sandy's Place NYC 1 enjoys a location in Brooklyn, just 6 km from Barclays Center and 22 km from Coney Island. The Brooklyn Navy Yard is within 5 km of the apartment. It was A spacious apartment. All the amenities were there. There is even A washer and dryer in the basement that you can use for a fee. Air conditioning in every room. It was very neat and clean. The neighborhood doesn’t seem very pleasant at first, but we never had any problems. The apartment is well located, only A 5 minute walk to the metrostation and then a 20 minute drive to Manhattan. There’s A very good foodmarket nearby the metro. We recommend this apartment.

We cooked for ourselves and enjoyed the small .garden outside The area is quiet and peaceful and getting anywhere is easy with public transportation. Highly recommended!!

Our family trip to New York was an absolute dream, thanks to this incredible place. It’s so rare in NYC to find a spacious place that’s quiet and comfortable! It's much bigger than we were expecting, in fact it was huge, and had it's own front door (not an apartment) which was nice. It's in a very busy, central and lively location but manages to be in a quiet alley without any noise. The home is extremely well-equipped: great beds, pillows, towels, and the kitchen and living room is fully stocked with everything you could need on your stay. The crib and high chair was a game changer for our little one. It was the perfect launch spot for exploring New York, very private, quiet, and situated on a very cool street. We loved it. It was perfect for our family, can't recommend it enough and will definitely book again when we're next in New York.
