Providing a garden, Water Front House provides accommodation in Providenciales. I had a great stay and the host was amazing. Great communication before the arrival and he came by during my stay to check in with me. He gave me some great advice for the island and he really cared about me having an enjoyable stay here. The property is in a quiet area pretty central of the island, I always felt safe and everything was easy to reach by car which is definitely needed for the stay there. The place was super clean and it had everything I needed from towels, cooking utensils, laundry and many little details. I stayed at the place myself, which was kind of a waste, since it has 2 rooms, plus a pull out couch, the rooms are nice and the living room which kitchen has lots of space. Thank you for the great stay and I can definitely recommend the place as a much cheaper option compare to all the expensive hotels on the island.

Located in Turtle Cove in the Providenciales region, Lovely Apartment #3 in Venetian Site features a balcony and garden views. Great location for those who are not interested in being near the touristy areas but it’s close enough to get to the restaurants and beaches by taxi or rental car.

Located in Providenciales, The Cottonwood House - Beach Villa provides accommodation with rooftop pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. Enjoyed the independence of an apartment rather than a hotel, and it was a superb apartment. It seemed quite new, it was clean, spacious, and the owners had provided everything you could possibly need, from a huge range of cooking pots/utensils to snorkelling equipment and beach towels, even the washing powder and tumble drier sheets were all provided - it really is a home from home. Based in Grace Bay, it was pretty easy to get anywhere by car and there were always plenty of parking spaces (although we did travel slightly out of season). Also, the owners were friendly and very quick to respond if you had any queries and they recommended a few good eating places.

Situated in Turtle Cove, 1 km from Babalua Beach and 2.3 km from Sunset Beach, Sea Esta Studio III - Cozy for Couples! offers a rooftop pool and air conditioning. It is great value for money, located very conveniently, clean, and the host is incredibly helpful and responsive. When the hairdryer didn’t work, it was replaced quickly. He also provided us with tips for restaurants and other things to see in the area. I would say if you are a couple, looking for a fair priced stay, and spending your days at the beach anyways, it’s a great option. Also, the apartment comes with beach chairs, an umbrella and snorkeling masks so very helpful!

Located in Turtle Cove, La Vista Azul - Lovely Spacious Condo close to Grace Bay - Free Wi-Fi provides accommodation with rooftop pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. We had lunch and dinner at the marina which is 10 mins walk also we asked our host for a favor and he responded positivaly to our request, a big thank you for that! The pool was quite and we enjoy it.

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Villa Renaissance Unit 501 Grace Bay Beach is set in The Bight Settlements. The location was perfect for beach access and walking distance to restaurants.

Offering views of the sea, La Vista Azul Resort - Studio is situated in Turtle Cove, Providenciales, 5 km from Grace Bay. Deveraux was an amazing host, everything we asked for he accommodated and more. He showed us all the good places to eat and answered all of our extensive questions about the island. The room was beautiful and had no issues, was very clean and they provided everything we needed. The hotel is on the quieter side of the island but it was a very peaceful get away.

We where in may so not so much people. They are a lot of condo but didn't feel crowded at the time we where there. Nice location, a little away of the intense tourist sector so super calm, but 5 min car and your in middle of town. Grate Beach in a 5-7 min walk. Easy parking. I really loved the pool and the fact that one was only for adults. The owner Michael was really kind and very attentive to our requests. Even if I did not met him in person, he was really helpful and quick to respond to my questions. No insects, (we saw one) the place is treated for insects it's obvious. So that was a good thing too. Overall, seeing how expensive it is to stay on the island, I highly recommend this place for your holiday, if you want a nice spacious condo to your self, with swimming pool and near beach, that will be much more affordable than the big hotel. Good value for your money * I did rent a lot a condo around the world and this one is clearly one of the top, nice owners and clean place with a comfortable bed are really rare to found in a reasonable price.

Sea Esta Studio I - Ideal for Couples! is situated in Turtle Cove, 1 km from Babalua Beach, 2.3 km from Sunset Beach, and 2.6 km from Samsara Beach. Great location! Beautiful studio, it was clean and comfortable! Mark and Lili were very hospitable and kind, and they were very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns.
