Everything was first class. The location was within walking distance to the town square. The host kindly left a welcome bottle of wine.

Every morning for breakfast, we enjoyed a basket with a variety of local products, that was brought to our door. We were also able to make requests at any time, which were dealt with immediately and got really nice recommendations of what to do in the area. The flat is located right by the stream and is perfect if you want to spend a peaceful and relaxing time in the nature. There is also a goat farm right next door, which can be visited, and the view from the apartment as well as the surrounding area is incredible beautiful. We were also able to use the bikes at any time, but a car is still recommended for travelling to the nearby villages and especially the nature reserve, which can both be reached in around 30 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay at Be Alva and would always come back!

It was a gem of a place in a small peaceful mountain village. It was a comfortable place and had everything we needed. The host was especially wonderful and we enjoyed meeting her very much.

Isabel is a very friendly host and is always available if you need support. The location is very convenient if you want to explore the Serra da Estrela region. Wi-fi worked pretty well if you are close to the router. Everything was very clean.
