The design, the cleanliness, little details… and the breakfast! Also loved that you can have access to the beach via Sandy Feet hotel, which is just across the road. The staff was lovely and very accommodating. I would definitely go back.

Jaydy hostel ligger i General Luna, 14 minuters promenad från General Luna strand och 1,2 km från Guyam Island, och erbjuder boende med gratis WiFi, luftkonditionering, en trädgård och en gemensam... Det här är ett perfekt hostel för backpackers. Sängarna är sköna, bra gardiner, laddningsmöjligheter och säkerhetsskåp nära sängen. ACn i rummet fungerar jättebra. Toaletterna och duscharna är fräscha och städades varje dag. Mysigt litet vardagsrum där man kan hänga. På gångavstånd från den stora gatan med alla butiker, restauranger och barer men tillräckligt långt bort för att man inte ska störas av det på natten. Ett stort plus till Jaydy som driver stället. Han är så välkomnande och det känns verkligen som att han lyssnar på och bryr sig om sina gäster. Hjälpte till med att boka tur, transport till flygplatsen och allmänna tips.

Precious Homestay (Deluxe Room) har utsikt över havet och erbjuder boende med en terrass och en balkong, 48 km från Naked Island. Location was great, short walk to the surfing beach. Pablo met me on arrival and was very nice and friendly. The kitchen was well equipped with a rice cooker and fridge, stove and pan for cooking (which I didn't use). Pablo helped me organize a ride to Pacifico when I left as well.

Location ✅ ✅ Comfort ✅ Cleanliness ✅ Friendliness ✅ Service ✅ Value for money ✅ ✅ Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Shanti’s Inn - the room itself is really clean and comfortable if compact. I genuinely could not have asked for a better location - it is very central, without being located INSIDE a bar with loud music until midnight. It is walking distance to everything good in General Luna, and if you want to go anywhere else it’s not far on your scooter. But without a doubt the best part of the stay is the family and the service they offer. Bam was very friendly and wonderfully helpful in helping me to arrange anything that I needed - especially when I had troubles with my scooter’s tyre. Very responsive on WhatsApp, nothing is too hard for her. Mama is also very warm and was very kind to help me repair my broken bag. And little Amy was the cutest thing ever and wanted to play or dance at every opportunity. I met the entire family and everyone showed an interest in me and was friendly to talk to. I fully recommend this place and would happily stay again if I return to Siargao.

Our visit to Siargao was truly amazing. Greg is probably the best host we’ve met. He made our stay so comfortable, we felt really at home and taken care of. The apartment itself is very well located, with a walking distance to many good cafes and restaurants, yet, peaceful and quiet. Everything was clean, modern, comfortable, just like in the pictures, No doubts we will stay at Private Residences again when we visit Siargao.

YAMA APARTMENTS - Private Beachfront ligger en kort bit från General Luna strand och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, en gemensam lounge och en terrass samt restaurang. I don't know why this place rates low on Google, it bloody shouldn't. Right on the beach, private, safe and hospitable staff. Just off the main road where all the action is and is a short scooter ride to anywhere cool. The room was clean (daily make up), AC and fan worked almost too well and Wifi was strong in the room and at the bar/restaurant. Comp breakfast was provided every day even though it didn't say that on the booking, such a nice hospitable touch and pleasant surprise. Also the restaurant serves simple but tasty and reasonable priced food and drink. I want to give special shoutout to Trishia who looked after me straight away upon check in, always made sure I was well looked after. I felt safe as a solo female traveller and she took very good care of me making sure I had everything I needed. I will definitely be back and I highly highly recommend staying at Yama to anyone thinking of coming to Siargoa, particularly if it's your first time. This coming from a filo/Aussie, this is legit the place to stay. Stay here before everyone discovers what a gem of a place it is and they hike up the price! It's amazing!

Blue Gate Homestay ligger 5 minuters promenad från General Luna strand och erbjuder luftkonditionerat boende med en trädgård, en terrass, en balkong och gratis WiFi. A newly renovated studio room. It's quite spacious. It feels like home; the room has a refrigerator, table and chairs and a small kitchen. It Is perfect if you want to cook your own meal and save money 😉. Had a great stay. It is near the restaurants, gym and bars. It is also quiet at night.A few minutes ride to cloud 9. The host is nice and helpful.
