Conrad and Tita Susan were very accommodating and the check-in process was smooth. The property is easier to access if you're coming from UPLB thru Pili Drive as the route going to Maahas road is a bit narrow if you have a vehicle larger than a sedan. My husband and I brought our own car and the property was easy to find since it's in Waze and Google Maps. If you like a quick weekend getaway or even a place where you can remotely work, this place is perfect as the wifi speed is very good. This place is definitely now on my list if I need a quick break from the city.

The condo was extremely clean. The small kitchen was equipped with everything you’ll need to cook. There was a lot of room for 2 people. They also had free wifi and Netflix. The staff around the property were so kind and helpful. Liezl was great from the very start. Super communicative and always available to help whenever we had questions. We absolutely loved it and hope to come back here for our next visit.

I've been eyeing this property since september. We live in the neighborhood and wants to have a stress free getaway. We like the cleanliness of the place. Accessible to the malls, churches. We love the owner's kindness and very considerate. We extended for 6 hours and she gave us Free 1 hour.

The host Ms. Rosalie was very accommodating to our requests, we were able to check in at an earlier time. The facility is clean and has complete appliances, it's very homey. The rent is very affordable and if you are commuting it only make sense to stay at their location. Overall, we had a great experience, kudos to Ms. Rosalie and all the staff!
