Hosts have done a tremendous job restoring a former school for girls. We arrived a bit early and Jennifer graciously showed us around the property and gave us some fruit and milk for our stay. It was our favorite place to stay in New Zealand.

The house was lovely and we had everything that we needed. Everything was just so clean and comfy. The location of the home was amazing and walking distance to everything. We will definitely be back again.

Completely private towards the back of the lovely property. Rose is an enthusiastic host who went above-and-beyond to post signage with directions when I arrived after dark. I enjoyed meeting and talking with her. I loved this corner of NZ, including a fun evening at nearby Mapua Wharf.
