Warm and cozy house, it was very comfortable to stay the night. The place was clean and they provided all the essentials. The provider was nice and also thorough with instructions. There was no struggle in any access.

We felt peace immediately on entering the apartment. It was impeccably clean and the owners have clearly put a lot of love, care, money etc into it. For example, shower is large, heated towel rack, good pots and pans. Utensil draws were a work of art. We have a very high bar and are a senior couple, and the Shearers Quarters met that bar and more. We would stay again without any hesitation at all. Parking was easy. Host organized and responsive. Access organized. Linens great. Couch very comfortable. Milk in fridge. We took our shoes off and would recommend others do same. Location is nice and quiet with views of horses and the lake, and at the same time an easy short drive from town, redwoods etc. Kudos to you Pam. All in all a great stay! Warm thx. Jules

Nastanitev Modest comfortable relaxed home away from home je v mestu Rotorua, 8,4 km od znamenitosti Park Paradise Valley Springs, 18 km od znamenitosti Muzej Buried Village in 19 km od znamenitosti... We love everything about this home. The check-in was smooth. The owner is easily-contactable although we did not get a chance to meet him in person as we were always in a rush. We had homemade, warm bread and butter for our breakfast, which tasted great! We had a wonderful time there and will definitely recommend it to anyone who travels to Rotorua.
