The host,Hendrik, is an exceptional person, willing to do anything for his guests to enjoy their stay and his part of this beautiful country called Norway. In our case, this included driving hours in the middle of the night, in the snow, to see the Northern Lights - unimaginable hospitality!! The location is wonderful, with the waterfall immediately behind the guest house, and great views of it from the common areas as well as from our bedroom. It's a good base for exploring the area, including the Polar Park, and for us was an excellent stop off point between Lofoten and Tromso. The guest house is as described - everything needed is provided (fully equipped kitchen, complimentary coffee, juice, etc). We had a double en-suite room upstairs which was spacious, comfy and clean with good heating and stunningly close view of the waterfall from the bed.

He lives nearby, will respond rapidly to any issues in the apartment, and is very kind and caring to guests. He even brought us some chopsticks to use after finding that we are Chinese. 2, infrastructure: not much to say, has everything nice and furnished like a cozy house. The highlight is that it has a balcony that has a direct sea view and if you are lucky, can see the aurora in it!
