The units come with tiled floors and feature a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a dining area, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a private bathroom with a bath or shower and a hair dryer. An oven, a fridge and stovetop are also available, as well as a kettle. At the apartment complex, every unit comes with bed linen and towels. Great location in the middle of Longyearbyen with many eating and drinking options with a couple of minutes walk. The room was perfect for our group of six and was bigger that we'd expected. Very comfortable and convenient. We'd feared there might be night-time noise from the pub below - none whatsoever. If we ever return to Svalbard, we'd be happy to stay here again.

It was a great place for our group. The beds were comfortable and we had an apartment to ourselves. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The location was central with a 15 minute walk to everything. The appointment had good heating, and was spacious. I would definitely recommend the place.

Great apartment suitable for a group of people in the very center of Longyearbyen. It's close to all major restaurants and bars (with Svalbar being just downstairs), shops and main attractions of Longyearbyen. The apartment was overall clean and well equipped. Staying there was a pleasure.

The apartment is well located. It is comfortable and well equipped. There are two sets of curtains to create darkness when you travel in summer time. Breakfast at extra cost in the hotel next door is varied and of good quality

We loved staying at Haugen Pensjonat. The location is great - short walk into town and Elena is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, comfortable and nicely styled. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment - great place for a group! Thank you! We will be back next June!

We rented 1 flat for 4 adults for 1 week in this establishment. Elena, the manager, gave us a very warm welcome and lost of informations. The flat was brand new, spacious, with comfort beyond our expectations. There is a kitchen with everything you need to prepare food. It is located 10 minutes walk (slow walk maybe 15 minutes) from shops and restaurants. No need to travel for activities, the companies come and pick you up. Just perfect !

There were four of us, and we booked the apartment as it meant we had a private kitchen and bathroom. It was very comfortable and clean and gave us great flexibility with our stay. Our host had even baked us a welcome snack which was extremely nice. The price was also really good considering it was split between four of us. Although we did stay in December which isn’t the peak season so your mileage may vary.
