Casa La Aventura Guasacate - Popoyo er nýuppgerð íbúð í Popoyo, nokkrum skrefum frá Popoyo-ströndinni. Boðið er upp á garð og garðútsýni. I cannot describe how much I loved this place; I was made to feel welcome and at home from the minute I arrived and so much care and thought has clearly been put into the casa. The communal spaces and garden are beautiful and spotlessly clean and I loved all the little details like your own space in the fridge and that you can buy/order in groceries and drinks. Location was super quiet and close to the beach and it was really hard to leave this little bit of heaven!

El Bamboo Cabins er staðsett í Balgue, 12 km frá Maderas-eldfjallinu, og býður upp á garð og garðútsýni. Buildings were enjoyable for their design and engineering. Everything you needed in the kitchen was available, which was a nice surprise.

The host named Melissa spoke English and was very accommodating even drove me to town a couple of times when I first arrives. There is a convenience store across the road to get fresh water and other drinks.

Alba was really friendly and very helpful. I was cooking a roast the first night and the propane ran out. She was immediately on it. The place was clean and my concern about the noise from the bars on the street during this busy holiday season were really not an issue. As my elderly parents had mobility issues, it was great to have an awesome view for them.

Coconut House er staðsett í El Gigante á Rivas-svæðinu og er með verönd og sjávarútsýni. Einkabílastæði eru í boði á staðnum á þessum nýlega enduruppgerða gististað. We loved the place! It has everything you'll need and really feels like home. The kitchen is well equiped and everything is very clean. The owners are super nice, help you out well and can tell you everything you need to know. Bonus point for the adorable kitten!

The apartment was great! It’s a 2 bedroom downstairs in a house with a big porch. The full kitchen & bath both have hot water! There are about 8 houses on the property which is in an ideal location. Because I was a solo traveler Jan-Luc had it priced for use of only one of the bedrooms which was perfect for me. The property is surrounded by local residents which I like. There was no noise from SJDS just sounds of the surrounding neighborhood - kids playing, dogs barking, roosters & birds crowing. I actually extended my stay for almost 2 weeks. After the first week the sheets & towels were changed and the apartment was totally cleaned. Everyone was very friendly - the gardeners, the cleaning lady, the night security guard, other guests & of course, Jan-Luc. Since he lives on the property, he is very available. When I told him I had a 9 am flight out of Managua, he arranged for a taxi to pick me up at 4:30 am for a good price. The nighttime cuidador helped me meet the taxi at the front gate & the taxi driver was punctual & a safe driver.

Beach cabin ometepe er staðsett í Altagracia, 600 metra frá Santo Domingo-ströndinni, og býður upp á gistingu með einkastrandsvæði, ókeypis einkabílastæði, garð og bar. Location was amazing, when we first got there we got smoothies as a welcome gift, which was a really nice touch.
