Okambishi Rest camp was a perfect choice for us; a two day's relaxing experience in tastefully decorated rooms with a large, shaded patio to read and enjoy the surrounding nature. Our wonderful hostess also fulfilled all our wishes - thank you so much !

Situated on the coastline in Walvis Bay, Lagoon View Self Catering features panoramic views. The property offers free parking and free WiFi. This place far exceeded our expectations. Francois came to meet us on arrival and showed us around. The house is huge, and built to a very high standard. The kitchen and bathrooms are both excellent, and the view from the balcony over the lagoon can't be beaten. We had a wonderful evening walking around the lagoon surrounded by pelicans and the ludicrous number of flamingos as the sun set. Francois gave us helpful advice about where to go for food and cash in the town, and we really loved the feel of the town compared to other places nearby, definitely our favourite spot on the Namibian coast. We could very happily have stayed here for much longer if our time allowed.
