Jessica and Peter are absolutely amazing, so welcoming and my daughter loved playing with their little son. Jessica helped book a catamaran tour at late notice and we were also very pleased to get our laundry sorted here. We loved the family atmosphere and all the animals. Thanks for having us! Highly recommended.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage, which was super neat, clean and well equipped. The stay was on our way to Spitzkoppe which is about a 50 min drive from ohkambishi. The cottage is part of a small farm which was really interesting for us to see, including the 1 day old sheep :) The cottage is self catering, our host recommended to pick up food in the superspar at Omaruru as Usakos does not have that much. We had a lovely braai in the evening. Thank you Brigitte!

This place far exceeded our expectations. Francois came to meet us on arrival and showed us around. The house is huge, and built to a very high standard. The kitchen and bathrooms are both excellent, and the view from the balcony over the lagoon can't be beaten. We had a wonderful evening walking around the lagoon surrounded by pelicans and the ludicrous number of flamingos as the sun set. Francois gave us helpful advice about where to go for food and cash in the town, and we really loved the feel of the town compared to other places nearby, definitely our favourite spot on the Namibian coast. We could very happily have stayed here for much longer if our time allowed.
