It seems to float over the mountains through the clouds with the colorful sunset ahead. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. Super nice outdoor kitchen, lovely dog max comes by sometimes:) Cozy bed. Fascinating fireplace. Spectacular balcony. A marvelous forest walk and enjoy. A place of presence and psychological and spiritual freedom. Past is just memory and the future has never happened.

Very helpful hosts, rooms are very clean, comfortable bed, AC works great, short pleasant walk to playa Zicatela and taxis back are cheap. Alejandro gave us lots of information about what to see and do and was very accommodating to our needs. Wish we could have stayed longer at this lovely place.

Pargo’s A&B Apartment is 5 minutes’ drive from Puerto Escondido city centre and 10 minutes’ drive from Zicatela Beach. My room was spacious, clean, comfortable. I loved being able to cook in the kitchenette, eat outside looking at the ocean, feel the breeze from the top floor. The staff was helpful in every way - they really went over and beyond to answer any question and assist me. The location is ideal, I felt safe at all times.

One Love Hostal Puerto Escondido offers a place with a mixture of rustic and Mexican-style decoration only 150 metres from Zicatela Beach. The place is small with only a few rooms but with a lot of charm. Everything was great, this place is a little oasis in la Punta. The bungalow is super clean and with a great chill out balcony with hamac and view on the jungle garden. The place is really close to the lively streets of Punta but nicely located far away from the noise. The staff is super friendly and helpful. As a female solo traveler I felt safe to walk around at night following the staff instructions. I will definitely stay there again if I have the luck to come back to puerto escondido.
