The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They wanted to ensure all of our needs were met. Rex and Pramith were especially attentive. The pool area was exquisite. Would definitely visit again.

He showed me around the area the day I arrived and it was very helpful. The food is amazing. Some different kind of local curry I had never tried. I got put on the bus I needed when leaving. The Window ligger i Matara, 1,7 km från Kamburugamuwa strand, 1,9 km från Polhena Beach och 32 km från Hummanaya Blow Hole. Great cozy room with private bathroom. The house is very close to the beach, where you can swim with turtles. Calm neighborhood! The owner is very kind, and we had a nice time there! Loved the papaya juice with ice cream! The family are so sweet & lovely. They brought us coffee, tea & the most delicious Sri Lankan treats! The rooms are spacious, a kitchen with a big fridge and gas cooker. Fans work great (important in Sri Lankan heat) & big mosquito nets to keep them out. Location is off the main road set back in the jungle. Very calm and quiet but close to the beach & restaurants. The nicest & best value for money accommodation I have stayed in during my month so far in Sri Lankan. Cannot recommend staying here enough! Big love to the wonderful hosts ❤️❤️❤️ We will definitely be back!

KUMA'S HOTEL ligger i Weligama och erbjuder boende med utsikt över trädgården samt gratis cyklar, en trädgård, en restaurang och en bar. We stayed there for few night but wished it was more. The room was spacious, clean and freshly renovated. Air con was brand new, extra large bed extremely comfortable and water pressure was amazing too so morning showers were a bliss. The best room we stayed in our whole trip. Hotel is located off the beaten path so there was no street noise whatsoever. Mr Kumar organised our scooters from next door agent so we could move around the area freely. He also helped us with whale tour and getting a taxi to the airport at very reasonable price. Amazing stay! Wish we knew about this hidden jem sooner. A must stay!

Beach House Kalukatiya - Family Villa, Seaview Room, Garden Room ligger i Dikwella, 12 km från Hummanaya Blow Hole och 13 km från Weherahena Buddhist Temple, och erbjuder boende med gratis WiFi och en... This is paradise on Earth. With the untouched beautiful beach within 20 metres from our balcony i could hear the waves crashing in the bed. Very nice balcony, comfortable huge bed …. Only local people around. Peace. Long walks. Great food cooked by our host’s family. Great coffee! Best in Sri Lanka. We did not leave the neighbourhood and extended our stay to 6 nights. Hope to come back…..

Nilwala Gate wetland Stay ligger i en terrass och erbjuder boende i Matara med gratis WiFi och utsikt över trädgården. This was truly a hidden gem in Matara. The place is super clean and nice, the kind hosts were very helpful and supportive. This place had fully equipped kitchen (Microwave, Hot Plate, Electric Kettle, Juice Maker, Refrigerator and all the kitchen equipment you could ever want), There were two rooms which was super clean. Also this place had an Electric iron and there were Washing machine (we didn't use the washing machine) although the place is bit far from town, It is in close proximity to Polhena beach, which is a very beautiful beach. My first impression and stay at the place is not 10 out of 10, but 100 out of 10 ❤️. Highly recommend place and will definitely visit again.
