It's a good option for a short stay, everything was great 👍The staff were helpful and the rooms were very clean.

Kim was super friendly and helpful arranging scooter rental for same price as in town. Also good recommendations for local restaurants etc. Room VERY basic, but considering the price, better than expected. Location excellent. But dont say yes to airport pickup for 10 USD. You can get much cheaper in the airport and superfast.

Hoa was great company and incredibly helpful, helping us to book various things and letting us use the place as storage when we were back in town a few days later waiting for a train.

A great haven in an excellent location near the night market. The staff went far and beyond to help with whatever you desired - a trip to the waterfalls, a tip of a good restaurant or a café, a scooter rental. We felt so welcomed the minute we arrived to the hotel. Warmly recommend to anyone who appreciates high-quality hotel, pool, nice room and an excellent service.

Super friendly woman who runs the place and can help with scooter rentals, bus tickets etc. It's a little out of date but very clean, it's what you'd expect for this price! The place is located right by the food market and while it's a maybe 15-20 minute walk to the other side of old town, I really liked the location and it was very quiet. Wifi also worked great and free breakfast was a big plus!

The location is perfect for exploring Luang Prabang. The staff are so friendly and helpful with making bookings for tours or van transfers. They organised a motorbike rental for me and it was easy and straight-forward. The rooms are comfortable and there’s a lovely outdoor seating area upstairs and downstairs to relax.

Excellent relationship with the managing staff. Good service for providing the needed additional services (train ticket booking, motorcycle rental). Excellent location in the City center near the main places to visit, morning market and night market.

I loved the cosy atmosphere and friendly staff at the Luang Prabang Pearl Hotel! They helped me arrangr a trip to the Kuang Si Waterfall and provided affordable bike rentals! The pool was Fantastic, the beds were very comfortable and i slept so well! Its hidden away, just like a gem which meant my sleep was not disrupted due to noise outside! Everything felt fresh abd new! Highly recommended 🌟

Tom was absolutely amazing. He organized train tickets for us ahead of time as we needed them prearranged. He was always available when needed and helped us with the rental bike (even when we put a scratch on it accidentally). He went above and beyond for us to be happy. We are so thankful. Breakfast was good, simple but good. 1 choice of hot drink and cooked item plus fruit and juice. Location perfect. Super easy to get everywhere by foot, close to an amazing bakery and heaps of other restaurants.
