The Apartment is really a cosy place to enjoy the holiday. It has a playful and family charm from its big children play area in the middle. From the collecting the keys to the checkout, it was a good experience. (The owner itself come to receive us to the Airport, and it was very kind gesture to us.) The apartment is located easy access to the city centre and facilities were exactly match as it mentioned in booking.com. The Magnum supermarket is very nearby with a 3 min of walkable distance, made our stay more comfortable and homelike experiences.

The apartment was very clean, new and convenient location. The fact that windows were facing into the courtyard rather than into the road, was a bonus. It was quiet. Close proximity to everything. Staff was very curtious, pleasant and accomodating.

Fantastic location if you are in Astana for touristic purposes and want to see all the main sites. This hotel is in one of the buildings along the main arcade where everything is at (ex. Baiterek tower is a 5-10min stroll away depending on how fast you walk). My room's view was phenomenal; I had a view of the Baiterek and Presidential Palace. The hotel host was very communicative and was present/helped me navigate to the hotel even though it was 3am in the morning upon arrival. Breakfast was good, served straight in your room. The room was very clean and had all the necessary toiletries/etc. Would stay again if i were somehow in Astana again.
