Big enough for a family of 4 with two small kids. Mini kitchen and washing machine was great. Had everything you need for stay of a few days. Staff were friendly and helpful. All in all a great place to base yourself in Tokyo, highly recommended.

Apart from excellent customer service, our room has decent size for a traveler of 3 and the hotel has provided us with supplies of toiletries, cleaning tools, laundry soap, room and linen spray and dish washing - no need to spend time in getting all these yourself. I also like that it has a separate toilet, a separate bath area and sink/washing area. Each of us can do things separately so getting ready was faster. One can be busy in the toilet, while one is taking a bath and the other one is brushing teeth/doing makeup.

There's even a small workspace where I had a quick meeting while my kid played. Plus, you can do laundry and cook here, which is awesome for a long trip. It's just one stop from Asakusa, a 5-10 minute walk or a quick subway ride, with the station conveniently located just a minute's walk from the hotel entrance. Surrounded by convenience stores and excellent restaurants, the location couldn't be better.
