We had an amazing stay. we were on our honeymoon roadtrip and stopped by Como for 1 night. I was nervous at first given that the location is all the way up hill but everything ended up exceeding our expectations!!! the owner omg is sooo welcoming. I cant recommend this place enough. you get the view, amazing breakfast, quiet and the tranquility.. will come back for sure!

Blue Diamond Como er í hjarta Como, í stuttri fjarlægð frá Sant'Abbondio-basilíkunni og Como San Giovanni-lestarstöðinni. Everything was perfect. Sergio is a great host. He explained very well for check in and he was always in contact with me. If we come again to Como , we will definitely stay in this accommodation. We wish we could stay more. Room was very clean, cozy and comfortable. Location is very central. Quiet area but very close to lake and shopping/restaurant area.

LakeSweetLakeComo er sjálfbær íbúð í Como, 300 metra frá Como Lago-lestarstöðinni, og státar af verönd og útsýni yfir vatnið. Everything was superb! Pietro met us at the apartment. He was very welcoming and gave a couple of good advice. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and the view from the balcony is just stunning! I’d stay there forever :) It takes less than a minute to get to the train station, city centre, funicular and a supermarket. Also there are quite a lot of nice restaurants around. So I’d highly recommend this place to stay in Como :)

This is a very comfy one-bedroom apartment with large living room and an outside patio/balcony. It's on the third floor of a four-story building. The windows and the patio are facing the lake with beautiful views of Lake Como and the mountains - see attached pics. The patio is great to have morning coffee and enjoy the scenery. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that's needed. Coffee machine is stocked with capsules. All the appliances are new and in perfect working condition. The place is very well maintained and clean. The bed in very comfortable. There is also a sofa-bed in the living room that can be used for 2 people. Bathroom and shower are immaculate. Wi-Fi works very well. Elisa, the owner/host, is very pleasant and friendly lady. She picked us up at the local train station and took us to the property for a quick check-in process. At the end of our stay, when there was time to check-out, she also offered to drop us off at the station. This was such a great touch of hospitality! She also provided a box of very delicious cookies to go with our first cup of coffee at her property. The place has a dedicated parking in a gated area, though we did not use it. The place is about 2 miles from the center of Lecco. There is a bus stop right across the street and it takes 5 minutes to get to town. We usually walked to town - there is a real nice walking trail that goes along the lake so one can enjoy the views. There is a grocery store within 5 mins walk. Overall, it's a perfect place to stay if you want to explore the area. There are many hiking trails for any level of abilities and expertise. Lecco is a very authentic Italian town with a rich history and many places of interest. There are many shops, cafes, and restaurants. Trains, buses, and water-taxis provide good connections to other areas around Lake Como. I would definitely recommend staying at Elisa's place.
