Great location, amazing view, peaceful and quiet, very nice hosts and a very welcoming nice dog, a beautiful apartment that made you feel home from the first moment. Very clean, perfectly equipped, even enjoyed cooking in the very well equipped kitchen. We had a holiday 12/10 at Aria di Collina.

Capo Perla Apartmens are absolutely amazing, very spacious, cosy, and the view form there is a dream. The kitchen had everything you can wish for including a coffee mashine, there was a washing mashine for use as well. Also our dogs were welcomed and the parking possibilty was spacious even for a huge car. The check in and check out was easy and flexible, communication great. We felt very welcomed :)

The apartment we rented was cozy and clean, more than enough space for a couple, the garden, terrace for breakfast and dinner outside. It has everything necessary for cooking, even the local olive oil! Marco is an amazing host, - he welcomed us and gave all information about the place. We tasted the veggies from the family garden just near the house, they were delicious! We came with the bikes, it was easy to reach the highlights of this part of Elba from the house. Thank you Marco for your hospitality! Highly recommended!

Breakfast was fresh made orange juice, briosch with different flavours and coffe or tea....it was more than enough for us. Rooms were clean, staff were very nice They've even taken care of the weather-sunshine through-out the end of the April. Gotta give them that ;)

They have a beautiful, genuine kindness and want the best experience for their guests down to every detail. We look forward to our return to their beautiful and warm apartment. Ciao for now.

يقع RTA Mini Hotel على بعد 1 كم من الشاطئ في لاكونا على جزيرة إلبا ويوفر مواقف مجانية للسيارات. يقع وسط Capoliveri على بعد 15 دقيقة بالسيارة. Great location with wonderful view. The hotel has a private parking near the Lacona beach, and this is a great plus even in the evening, as free local parking is scarce. Staff is very friendly and nice. The hotel provides a list of very good restaurants that give a discount to the hotel’s patrons.
