Amada, our host, was easy to communicate with. She picked us up at the train station and even offered to drives us back when we left. The place is a well located, walking distance from the Duomo, restaurants and transportation.

The Pollino house was absolutely perfect! The location and the view are spectacular. We felt welcome from the very first moment. Lucia was super helpful explaining us everything, even giving recommendations for the area (and helped us with parking 🙂)! The apartment has EVERYTHING you may possibly need, the cleaning is spotless and the bed is super comfy! Extra bonus was the homemade pie found when we arrived accompanied by sweets!! Totally recommended, we wish we could visit the house every weekend!!

Grillo Superior Apartments ligger i Capo Vaticano, 1,5 km fra Tonicello-stranden og 1,9 km fra Trotta-stranden, og har have og havudsigt. This apartment is fantastic, possibly newly built as everything looks brand new, comfy beds, well equipped and worked perfectly for us cooking for ourselves as we are vegan, there are a few little supermarkets nearby for essentials. We didn’t eat out but I believe there are one or two near the apartment (the owners would be helpful with this I’m sure) You can sea the sea and Stromboli in the distance from the apartment terrace and we were lucky enough to have the front apartment. The nearest beach ‘Tono’ is nice light sand and clear blue sea - it’s a bit of a walk from the apartment but it is possible in about 30 mins (coming back is a very steep walk uphill in places though so may not be good for everyone) can be a bit stony getting into the sea in places so sea shoes are a bonus, nice to snorkel. There are a few beach bars along the beach if you want to eat/drink but no shops so it’s nice and peaceful. There are many guys walking the beach selling the usual bracelets etc. The apartment owners are so kind and helpful, nothing is too much trouble and they often helped us with our queries including arranging bicycle rental from the next town. We speak no Italian and the owners don’t speak English but they didn’t let this be an issue at all, we managed with online translating. We can’t rate this apartment and it’s owners highly enough!!!

Tropea Solemare ligger i Tropea, 500 m fra Acquamarina-stranden, 600 m fra Lido Alex og mindre end 1 km fra helligdommen Santa Maria dell'Isola. Det var helt i top, god seng, der var rent. Badeværelset var super fint. Ejeren var den flinkeste person. Han hentede os fra toget da vi havde haft en rigtig lang rejsedag.

Bizantini Tropea har havudsigt og tilbyder indkvartering med balkon, ca. 600 m fra Acquamarina-stranden. Det ligger 600 m fra Lido Alex og har elevator. Fantastic host and great apartment to stay at during our trip to Tropea. Highly recommended!
