The bottle of chilled champagne was certainly a brilliant touch after that sweating walk from lifting luggage from where we’d parked our car. Breakfast was right across from the accommodation and convenient.

Everything is so beautifully finished and tidy. Great location in beautiful Venosa. Close to all major services and restaurants everywhere. Parking directly outside the room which is on the ground floor with a direct private entrance. After a month in Italy in various places, this is my best experience so far! Per is truly a super host who takes great care of his guests and makes sure that everything is as good as possible. Delicious breakfast at a nearby cafe. Highly recommend this accommodation to everyone!

The receiving was great. It was the town's festivities and they'd save us a spot for our motorbike. We had booked Il Volo Del Angelo and we were tight for time, they indicated us very well how to get there and also informed us at the same time of the night events that were planned due to the festivities. The apartment is in a great location and the breakfast at the bar (regented by the same family, not included with the apartment) was very nice.

The decor is perfect for the space. From the pottery to the tiles, from the dishes to the extra touches to make this space feel like home. There was a considerate variety of fresh fruit, small pastries and coffee available for our use. There was even milk and water in the fridge, cold and ready for use. Cozy, but not small. The view from the two front windows opened up to provide a street view on the edge of the Sassi. The exposed stone ceiling combines the age old architecture into the modern design. Truly a magical place!

A bit difficult to find as the entrance to the building is in a pedestrian alleyway. However, the owner came to meet us and was very helpful. Free street parking nearby.
