Situated in Navan and only 7.6 km from Trim Castle, Dunderry Lodge Self Catering Family Lodges features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. The self-catering facility was the cleanest, the most comfortable I could have found. It was fantastic and to be recommended for anyone needing a place to stay near Trim, near Navan, or for a country rest.

Nick & Sandra's is situated in Slane. This apartment is 4 km from Slane Castle and 5 km from Hill of Slane. Although Nick and Sandra's was a iittle hard to find since it is out in the country, it was a lovely apartment that we enjoyed very much! The kitchen was well-stocked so even though breakfast "wasn't included," we had plenty of options for preparing our own breakfast. Nick and Sandra were quite attentive to making sure they would be available when we arrived and were very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner in the nearby town and found the location and apartment to be very relaxing and comfortable. (You would have a hard time getting there without a car.)

Set in Navan and only 400 metres from Hill of Tara, Tara Vista Apartment offers accommodation with quiet street views, free WiFi and free private parking. It was lovely and clean and the supplies in the fridge were very much appreciated after a long journey. Mary was very welcoming. We enjoyed her walk suggestions.

Church View House is situated in Kells, 100 metres from Monastery of Kells, 600 metres from Kells Heritage Centre, as well as 13 km from Hill of Ward. An excellent property that was absolutely spotlessly clean. We were very pleasantly surprised to find a selection of snacks and a delicious cake in the kitchen. Thank you!

Offering a garden and garden view, Guest house in Dublin is situated in Cluain Aodha, 14 km from National Museum of Ireland - Decorative Arts & History and 15 km from St. Michan's Church. Compact and clean. Everything you need in one space, beautifully decorated. Lovely touches like biscuits, sparkling water, candles etc. We didn’t see the hosts but their communication was fantastic. Will definitely return if we are in the area again.

Rathgillen Cabin, a property with a garden, is situated in Nobber, 17 km from Navan Race Course, 19 km from St. Columba's Church, as well as 19 km from Monastery of Kells. Great little tiny house with a double bed and large comfy bunk bed. Clean and charming interior. There's also a large wooden deck outside with tables and chairs which was lovely to spend time on in the late sunny evenings. A Lovely sheepdog was also running around outside on the very quaint farm grounds. Peter was extremely kind and helpful, always there if you need him. He's very funny and has a good, positive energy. Thanks for your generosity Peter!

Set in Brownstown in the Navan region of Meath, Brownstead Cottage has a shared garden. The cottage is in a beautiful setting and nicely located close to Dublin. The hosts, Fintan and Valerie were friendly, cooperative and treated us like family friends rather than customers. They were helpful and told us about places to eat, sites to visit and more.

Offering free bikes and inner courtyard view, 2 Bed Courtyard Apartment at Rockfield House Kells in Meath - Short Term Let is situated in Kells, 2.8 km from St. Unusual find. Converted outhouse. Lovely open fire. Stumbled across the owners who gave us a really nice welcome like we were family visiting. Coffee and treats which was lovely as the shop is 2km or so away. We did the "girly" walk nearby. 5km loop and lovely to start the day.
