House was tip top shape and the tv was massive! Way bigger than expected and with a built in Netflix account available without extra fees - loved that. Plus it's location is pretty much at the center of Clifden so finding a place to eat dinner was quick and easy. Washing machine worked just fine too. We have nothing to complain about, 10/10 stay!

For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. The owner, Aggie, was a delight and very responsive. She had obviously given great attention to every detail in the apartment. It was spacious and beautifully furnished with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a sitting room, and kitchen. The view was gorgeous. Although Cleggan is fairly remote, it was serene, beautiful and the people were engaging. We ate at Oliver's in the village both nights and the food was delicious. This was one of our very favorite accommodations during our stay in Ireland. *Drop Anchor is fairly close to Kylemore Abbey and Killary Sheep Farm, both worth visiting.
