We want to go back again next time we're in Greece.

Magical property with beautiful location in the hills, close walk to the beach and quick cheap taxi ride from the port. The staff was kind and helpful, fresh breakfast was provided and delicious. The hotel itself is stunning, architecturally beautiful, and the room was perfect for the 4 of us, coming with a fully equipped kitchen and patio to sit outside protected from the sun. The room was clean and the service was great. There were cats wandering around the common area sleeping in the sun, they troubled no one and were very cute and friendly. You probably shouldn’t pet them though. Overall, an incredible experience we would all return to.

Each includes a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, giving you the opportunity to prepare your own meal. Daily cleaning service is provided. All stuff were very polite and always attentive, the studio and in general the whole complex was super super clean, we had our studio cleaned everyday, change of towels everyday, amazing pool with crystal waters so well maintained with max depth 1.60 - ideal for kids 🙏. Just two-minute walk to the Otzias beach!!! Excellent in every way. Best place for families 👍👍👍👍 Definitely going back next summer 🫶🫶🫶

Location was 5/10 min. walk from the port and same to the beach from apartment. Lovely host and nice communication. Apartment is just like the pictures and seems newly renovated with all the amentetise that you need. Stayed 10 days with the wife, a 2 year old and 7 year old. Loved it. :)

Not to mention, the view from the property was breathtaking, overlooking the serene blue waters and stunning cycladic (Τζιότικη) landscapes. The location was perfect, offering both a peaceful retreat and easy access to beautiful beaches. The property's traditional stone-made architecture is a sight to behold, and was of the highest quality, with luxurious amenities and a charming ambiance convenient to a family stay. If you're looking for a truly memorable getaway with warm hosts, astonishing views, prime location, and top-notch accommodations, I wholeheartedly recommend this Kea Island stay.

Set in Koundouros and only 500 metres from Koundouros Beach, Konstantinos and Eleni's Apartment offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The air-conditioned accommodation is less than 1 km from Freas Beach. Outdoor dining is also possible at the apartment. Immaculately clean and with all facilities, beautiful view across the bay from terrace. Well placed to explore the island or to relax. Eleni and Konstantinos were perfect hosts, kind, generous and helpful.
