Absolutely an excellent stay. Very close to the center, newly and tastefully furnished. The apartment has got all the necessary amenities; a kitchen, a fridge, all the required utensils, an air frehener, a TV set and an AC. The place was spotlessly clean. However, the best thing about the place is the host, Irini. She is a great host. She would gladly provide anything the guests need. My personal kudos to her. I would highly recommend this place on the island, Chios.

This place is the real feel of living on an island without tourists and noise. You have a little harbor 5 restaurants stretched within a mile and most important a little market with prices and one lady that speaks english and also sells bus tickets 10cents cheaper.

Beautiful hotel right on the beach of Agia Foteinj! The room was spacious and well equiped with unobstructed view to the sea. The owners are very nice people and helped us without stay on Chios.

Clean and comfortable, very well kept. Right near a great beach but not too noisy at night. They upgraded our room to a sea view room which was very nice to sit on the balcony!

Equipment for ping pong, sea sports. Zen view garden facing the magnificent Aegean sunsets. Best value for money since many years. Εύγε Άλκηστις. Greek hospitality at its best.

Det familjeägda Theoxenia Chios har en blommande trädgård med bougainvillea och palmer, och ligger precis vid klapperstensstranden Agia Fotini i Chios. Dimitris and Maria are much lovely and kind people. They explained everything very well before we start to stay.
